Overtime Charges
．To extend rental, notify the store at least 3 hours before the original return time; extension is subject to store approval.

．Over 3 hours = 1 full-day charge (24h fee).
．Returns after 17:30 incur overtime and basic service fees.

Cancellation Policy
．Online reservations require full payment (including deposit). Cancellations must be requested in advance. A service charge will apply, and refunds are processed according to the number of days before the scheduled pick-up date:
．0–4 days prior: No refund.
．5–7 days prior: 60% refund (40% deposit, incl. fee).
．8–10 days prior: 50% refund (50% deposit, incl. fee).
．More than 10 days prior: 100% refund, minus service fee.
After Pick-up
．Once the vehicle is collected, early termination is non-refundable as the reserved rental period has been allocated.
Special Circumstances
．Natural disasters (e.g., typhoon, earthquake, flood; rain not included) directly or indirectly affecting the rental will be refunded 100%, minus service fee. Please contact the original booking platform and provide refund account details (bank name / account name / account number).
