租車注意事項
Rental Notice
一、租車指南
未簽約嚴禁試騎車輛，租車前請先付款。
二、額外費用說明
㈠ 道路救援 (電池沒電)：NT$ 200。
㈡ 損壞賠償：租借者請善盡保管及無損原則，如車輛有明顯損傷或破壞，會針對該部分零件求償。
．隨車配件遺失或損壞賠償：
．成人安全帽：NT$ 390 / 個。
．兒童安全帽：NT$ 490 / 個。
．手機架：NT$ 250/個。
．後視鏡：NT$ 250 / 單邊。
．腳踏板：NT$ 300 / 單邊。
．鑰匙：NT$ 800 / 單把。
．智慧遙控器 (含燒錄費用)：NT$ 1,300 / 個。
三、退款政策：
㈠ 一般退款政策：
．若取車後，承租人得提前終止租約，承租人不得因任何理由要求退款，因原租車時間已保留給該承租人，故將不予退費。
．當日~4 日前取消，不予退款。
．5~7 日前取消，退還租金 60% (訂金 40%，含手續費)。
．8~10 日前取消，退還租金 50% (訂金 50%，含手續費)。
．10 日前取消，退還租金 100%，並另扣除手續費。
㈡ 特殊狀況退款：
自然災害 (如：颱風、地震、洪水等，不包含下雨天) 直接或間接影響租車行程，退還租金 100%，並另扣除手續費。
四、超時費用
若超過 3 小時視同 1 天費用。
⒈ Rental Guide
No test rides without contract. Please pay before renting.
⒉ Explanation of Additional Charges
⑴ Roadside Assistance (Out of Battery) : NT$ 200.
⑵ Compensation for Damages: The renter please take good care of the vehicle and the principle of non-damage. If the vehicle is obviously damaged or destroyed, we will claim compensation for these parts.
• Accessories Fee:
• Adult Helmet: NT$ 390 / Unit.
• Kids Helmet: NT$ 490 / Unit.
• Phone Holder: NT$ 250 / Unit.
• Rear-View Mirror: NT$ 250 / Side.
• Pedal: NT$ 300 / Side.
• Key: NT$ 800 / Unit.
• Remote Control (including programming fee): NT$ 1,300 / Unit.
⒊ Refund Policy
⑴ General Refund:
• Early returns vehicle are allowed, but no refunds will be issued for unused rental time.
• If the lessee cancels on the day to 4 days prior, the lessor retain the total rental fees.
• If the lessee cancels 5 to 7 days prior, 60% of the rental fees shall be refunded. (40% of the deposit including transaction fee)
• If the lessee cancels 8 to 10 days prior, 50% of the rental fees shall be refunded. (50% of the deposit including transaction fee)
• If the lessee cancels 10 or more days prior to the scheduled rental date, 100% of the rental fees shall be refunded. And additional transaction fees will be deducted.
⑵ Special Condition Refund Policy:
In the event of natural disaster, force majeure or other reasons not attributable to either party rendering performance impossible, the full deposit shall be returned. And additional transaction fees will be deducted.
⒋ Overtime Policy
If the overtime exceeds 3 hours, a full-day rental fee will be charged.
